Fee changes starting April 1, 2025 (see section for details)
Looking at mental health options can be a lot, so we are happy to help answer any questions you might have. You can also check out our FAQ section for some commonly asked questions whether you have worked through some counselling before or not. Of course, you can also ask any of our friendly therapists anything that might help as well!
When you feel ready to set up your first appointment, you can go ahead and click on "Book Today" button, where you will be directed to our lovely booking partner, Jane, and prompted to complete a Profile.
This Profile will allow you to book, change, cancel, and modify any of your appointments, and is also a great tool to access your appointment history, invoices, and receipts. Really, a one stop shop for all your appointment needs!
Once you have booked your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent over to you. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email in the next hour, as it may have bounced over there. You may also need to verify that your email address is the correct email we have on file. The confirmation email will have all of the information around accessing virtual appointments, on-site parking, and other considerations around your session.
A consent form may also be sent along with the confirmation of your first appointment, and you will complete the consent form together with your therapist at your first session.
What if I am booking for my child or ward? Do I still need to create a Profile?
Yes, guardians creating bookings for their children will need to create a Profile for themselves, and one for their child or ward. This is done so that the billing information will still be associated to the child or ward, but also so that our system is able to process payments with parents using credit cards or eligible insurance coverage on behalf of the child or ward.
Guardians can link their profiles to their child's, which allows them to book appointments for, view invoices of, and complete payments for their child.
What if I am booking for me and my partner for couples' therapy? Or with myself and my parents? Do we all still need to create our own Profiles?
Yes, all members attending a session will need to create a Profile in order to separate out billing and contact information. When booking appointments, select "Group Appointments", and you will be able to indicate who is attending the session.
